Description
Ever had the urge to learn to use the twin sticks? Here is your opportunity!
In the 2001 movie Kiss of the Dragon, a massively outnumbered Jet Li uses twin sticks to successfully defend himself.
Bruce Lee, in his last and famous 1973 movie Enter the Dragon, also demonstrated the effectiveness of the twin sticks against multiple attackers.
Training with twin sticks enhances hand-eye coordination, timing, and the ability to execute rapid strikes, blocks, and redirections. It also helps improve your ambidexterity and teaches you how to handle multiple opponents or weapons in dynamic combat situations.
In this workshop with Sifu Steeve, you will learn:
- Striking Techniques: Mastery of offensive strikes and attack angles
- Defensive Movements: Development of blocking, parrying, and redirection techniques
- Footwork & Positioning: Understanding how to position oneself in offence and defence
- Coordination & Ambidexterity: Improved ability to use both hands effectively and fluidly
- Flow & Timing: Training to react quickly and adapt to the rhythm of the fight
